Français 1A - Today we went over different expressions with "Qui" and played the fly swatter game.  Les Devoirs: Exercise 7 page 109 in textbook and wkbk page 77

Français 3 - Today we pretended to be Fortune Tellers and told each other's future!   Les Devoirs: Étudiez pour l'interro.  Monday we will have a quiz on the future tense.

Français 1A  -   Today we worked on interviews with classmates to find out information.  Les Devoirs: Answer les "Questions personnelles" à la page 107 dans le manuel (textbook).

Français 3 - Aujourd'hui nous avons étudié la formation du futur.  Les Devoirs: Make flashcards for the Irregular Future verb stems from the hand-out today.  Write an example sentence for each verb in French.

*Que sera, sera    -  this song will remind you about Etre turning into "Ser" in the future tense. ;)

Français 1 A - Today Midterms were handed back and we read the dialogue "Un Concert de musique africaine".  We also watched the Video Module for this lesson.  No homework tonight... enjoy!

Français 3 - Today Midterms were handed back and we worked in groups of four reading "Vive la musique!"  We listened to French songs by MC Solaar, Youssou N'Dour, Edith Piaf, and Lara Fabian - iTune and youtube some! :)   We also watched the Video Module for "Vive la Musique"  

Les Devoirs: Complete the worksheet and Activité 4 "Apres la vidéo" - True/False Questions.  Make sure to change False sentences and make them a True statement in French.   This will be collected tomorrow and count as a Homework grade for MP3.

Français 1A - Today we reviewed for the Midterm Exam and went over questions from the Study Packets with whiteboards.  **Attention:  If there is a SNOW DAY tomorrow, we will NOT have the scheduled SPEAKING MIDTERM.**

Français 3-  Today we reviewed Listening Questions with the CD and also went over grammar from the study packets.  Answers to the study packets were handed out today during class.  

**There is still a Bake Sale today in the Main Lobby right afterschool!** 

Blocks 1&2  - Midterm Exam will be on Thursday, January 23

Block 3  - Midterm Exam will be on Friday, January 24

MS Block 5 - Midterm Exam will be on Monday, January 27

Français 3 - Today we recording parts of the story "Une Histoire de Cheveux."; A Midterm Review Study Packet was handed out during class today.  If you complete this study packet, you will receive 2 extra points on the Midterm.  Answers to the study packet will be given out on Tuesday.

Français 1A - Today we had a Quiz on Conjugating -er Verbs.  Les Devoirs:  Write original sentences for the vocabulary from Leçon 7 in the packets handed out today.  Click here for an extra copy to print out.

Français 3 - Today we finished the story "Une Histoire de Cheveux."  Les Devoirs: Memorize your part of the story to record tomorrow during class.  No papers will be used.  This will be the last grade of MP2.   We will begin Reviewing for the Midterm tomorrow at the end of class.

Français 1A  - Today we played our Verbs a Go-Go game!!  Tomorrow:  Quiz on Conjugating -er Verbs.  Attention! - ger verbs leave the "e" in the "nous" form.

Français 3 - Today we read the story "Histoire de Cheveux" with a listening CD.  Les Devoirs:  Finish reading Scène 4, the end of the story, and answer the Avez-vous compris? 1-6 Questions a la page 174 dans le texte.
