Francais 1A  - Objectif: To use the verb "Etre"  

Sub Work:  Exercise 1 on page 85, Exercise 4 on page 86 of the textbook will be collected today.  "Vocabulaire" box on page 85 should be copied into classwork section of binder.  Wkbk page 67 will be checked on Monday.

Francais 3 - Objectif: To compare how shopping habits differ in France and the United States.

Sub Work: Answers to "Et vous?" on page 150 of the textbook will be collected today.  Definitions and 3 Situations.  The 3 situations must be answered in complete sentences in French.

Français 1A - Objective: To identify classroom objects and use classroom expressions.  

Today we gave commands to each other.  

Les Devoirs: Create Flashcards (either by hand or Quizlet; if you use Quizlet your set must be added to our class here .   To see my example click here.  

Français 3: Objectif: Pour comprendre l'histoire classique de Cyrano de Bergerac.  

Les Devoirs: Préparez et choisissez un sujet pour votre composition.  

(Today the class was given a list of 7 essay topics; you should have your topic already chosen for tomorrow's class.)

*Extra Credit for French 3 - Choose a historical figure of France from pages 98-99 in your textbook and write one page in French.  This assignment must be handed in to the teacher by January 26th.
