French 1A -  Today we watched the Video Module for Lesson 16.

French 3 - Today we worked in the library on our Petit Prince Projects.  

Projects are due MERCREDI, LE 4 JUIN.   

We will work in the library on Monday and on Tuesday on our "Chapitres."  

This weekend a good idea is to work on your model 3-D planet.

Français 1A - Today we talked about family members and drew some "animaux domestiques."  We also reviewed how to use "de" to show possession and  did a picture swap activity.

Français 1A - Today we learned how to use "Stress Pronouns." 

Les Devoirs: Finish Les Questions Personelles on page 222 in your textbook and complete wkbk pages 134, 135, and 136.   There will be a quiz on Leçon 15 on Thursday. 

Français 3 - Aujourd'hui nous avons lu Chapitre XI et XII dans le Petit Prince.   
One side of the class read one chapter, and the other side read the other chapter.  At the end of class we taught ourselves and discussed how these lessons are applicable in the real world.

TONIGHT IS THE FRENCH HONOR SOCIETY INDUCTION CEREMONY.

INDUCTEES- BE THERE AT 6:15 PM PROMPTLY.

Français 1A - Today we went over our last irregular verb - VENIR. 

Les Devoirs: Conjugate Venir 5X into your HW section of binder.  Be ready to say the conjugation outloud tomorrow in class for a speaking quiz grade.

Français 3 - Today we worked in groups and read Chapitre 9 ensemble.

Les Devoirs: Complete the Chapitre 9 packet (the grammar part too; it reviews giving Commands)  Packets will be collected tomorrow.

Français 3 - Aujourd'hui nous avons lu Chapitres 6 et 7 du Petit Prince.

Les Devoirs: Lisez attentivement Chapitre 8 ce soir et essayez de répondre aux questions. 

*Next Monday we will have a vocabulary quiz on the words you created on Quizlet last night.

Les Devoirs: Étudiez pour l'examen (Lecons 13 +14 ) Take quizzes at www.classzone.com and print out results for extra credit.

Français 3 - Today we wrote final copies of our essays.

Les Devoirs: Create a quizlet Flashcard set for Le Petit Prince vocabulaire Chapitres 1-5.  Use packets for correct definitions. 

Announcement: Inductees will have a mandatory rehearsal tomorrow at the Women's Club right afterschool at 2:50pm.

Français 1A - Today we went over using the verb "Aller" to indicate the future and the preposition "Chez".  Les Devoirs:  Lecon 13 and 14 TEST will be on Wednesday.  You may print out the Classzone quizzes for extra credit.

Français 3-  Today we had an in-class writing day.  We wrote essays citing Chapter 5 of Le Petit Prince.
Les Devoirs: Rien!  Tomorrow we will work on our Final Copies.

The French Honor Society induction ceremony is on Thursday, May 15th.  

Inductees must be there at 6:15pm.

Français 3 - Aujourd'hui nous avons discuté Chapitre 5 du Petit Prince et les grains de baobabs.

Les Devoirs: Complete the other side of the Graphic Organizer (Représentation Schématique) in French.  Look up vocabulary words that will be useful for your "dissertation."

Français 1A - Today we had an Alphabet Brainstorm for "En Ville."  Then we went over the new verb "Aller."  

Les Devoirs: Finish up classwork (exercise 2 pg. 207) and conjugate the verb Aller 5X each inside your Homework Section of your binder.  

A good idea (Une bonne idée!) is to group Aller with your other irregular verbs - Avoir, Faire, and Etre 

Français 3 - Today we looked at Optical Illusions and started Le Petit Prince!!

Les Devoirs: Lisez Chapitres 2+3 and complete the Packets.  

Attention: You may skip the Grammar questions and Résumé questions at the end.  JUST answer the numbered questions.  

*French Honor Society meeting tomorrow.  All new inductees should have their lines memorized!!  Meeting should end at 3:15.  If you have any scheduling conflicts please let me know ASAP as this meeting is mandatory.  Merci!!!
