1.) Lisez tout.  (Le Petit Nicolas Packet)

2.) Choisissez 5 des personnages et écrivez une rédaction (composition) en comparant ces 5 personnages à vous et à vos amis quand vous étiez jeunes.  Étiez-vous comme eux?  Comment?  Qu'avez-vous fait?  Quels étaient les événements drôles qui sont arrivés dans votre jeunesse? 

Vous recevrez votre première note du semestre sur cette rédaction.

3.) Préparez pour une présentation!! *The first week of school you will have to make a presentation dressed AS one of the characters.  The presentation will be 1 minute long entirely in French and will count as a test grade.  Please choose your character for the first day of school.   We will work on this the first two days of class.

10. ) Est-ce que Clotaire comprend les questions en classe ?  A présent, il a le bras cassé, avez-vous déjà cassé le bras ? la jambe ? ou une autre partie du corps ?  Expliquez.

School Supplies Needed for 2014-2015

What you will need for next school year for French Class:

Supplies

• 3 ring binder (at least 1 ½’ ) divided into 3 sections:  warm-up, classwork, homework
• folder (for quizzes and tests)
• 2 pens (blue or black ink only)
• loose leaf paper

(suggested supplies) J

• index cards
• dry erase markers 
• eraser for dry erase board

Technology that will be used next year:

• Each student is suggested to make a "gmail" account for themselves over the summer.  This is will be helpful when saving projects and work on googledocs.  

• Each student should also create an account on www.Quizlet.com. Quizlet is used during the school year as a supplementary method of learning vocabulary and creating vocabulary lists.

• Each student will have an online textbook.  www.classzone.com 
• For French1A students and 7th grade students the Activation Code is 4846612-30
• For French3 students the Activation Code is  4846612-340

Les Devoirs: Begin reviewing for the Final Exam.  Tomorrow Study Packets will be distributed.

Les Devoirs:  

Speaking Final Exam will be next Thursday, June 12!  
We will work on the Speaking Questions tomorrow during class with partners.
