Français 1A - Today we learned all the way up to 1.000!!!!!  * Remember in France, decimal points are used in numbers where commas are used in America!  

We also had pronunciation practice and learned the following tongue-twister:

"Tiens!  Voila Alain.  Il est américain.  Et Julien?  Il est canadien."


Homework: Study numbers; make flashcards for 20 of the most difficult numbers to help you study; there will be a BIG number TEST on Friday 


Français 3 - Today we learned how to use an article with parts of the body.  Example: "What do you have in your hand?" becomes "Qu'est-ce que tu as dans la main?"  Look at page 38 for notes if you were absent.

Homework: Celebrity Project is due tomorrow and will be counted as a test grade.  Label a celebrity on a posterboard from head to toe using at least 20 of the new vocabulary words on textbook pages 36+37. 


*The French Club Bake Sale is THIS Friday!!!  Extra credit will be given to students who bake!
